How it Works

STEP 1: Book Portrait Session
Simply choose which session is best suited to your needs. To reserve your session, the retainer fee is due at time of booking. Contact me via email or the “Let’s Chat” contact page and we’ll get started! We’ll ask questions, chat about your dreams for your session and get dates on the calendar for your pre-consultation.

STEP 2: Design Consultation
This is where we dig in and start collecting your ideas, hopes and dreams for your session. You get to see and hold the products and prints that are available so you can begin thinking what you need.

Many beautiful products are available to showcase your favorite images: albums, wall portraits {available in canvas gallery wrap, metal or standout}, canvas or metal cluster wall art, Bragazine™, fine art graduation/announcement cards, and Christmas cards.

We go over pricing and bonuses, referral credit and return-client credit, and sign your contract and model release. We’ll chat about using my hair and make-up professional (HMUA – which is highly recommended), outfits, props and locations!

We’ll set your portrait session date/time/location as well as your order session date/time.

STEP 3: Portraiture Session
If you opted for my HMUA, please be ready with a clean face and dry hair for optimum pampering! Then it’s off to have an amazingly fun portraiture session creating and capturing memories.

STEP 4: In-Person Premier Order Session
Seven to ten days after your portrait session, we’ll meet at my studio for your Big Reveal! Relax, sit back and experience your slideshow premier of images projected large for your enjoyment. We’ll go through your paper proofs and select images for your prints, wall art and products. All decision makers must be present and, as much as I love little ones, it’s better that they stay at home so you can focus and enjoy the process. Balance is due in full at this time. Your order will be ready within three weeks.
